Anniversary Tasting Menu with Champagne pairing:*
- Salad of lemon fish cured in salt, boby beans, and basil pesto with brut Champagne from maison Bolieu, Pépin de vigne, Chardonnay.
- Grilled octopus, soft garlic and pepper cream, rock mussel escabeche, and crispy seaweed with brut nature Champagne from maison Perseval Farge, C de nature, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier.
- Market fish grilled with dashi sauce, beurre blanc, grilled onion, and dill oil with brut Champagne from maison Dehours, Grande réserve, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
- Grilled beef tenderloin with pumpkin cream, ricotta cheese with sage, and Bordeaux sauce with extra brut rosé Champagne from maison Laherte, Extra Meunier, Pinot Meunier.

The sale of these tickets is subject to the general online ticket sales terms and conditions of the Hortensia Herrero Art Center, which can be found at cahh.es/condiciones-venta-entradas. After the NoVI concert that will take place at the Hortensia Herrero Art Center, the restaurant Entrevins, located at Calle de la Paz, no. 7, first floor, will offer attendees a set dinner menu with champagne pairing (the “Dinner with Pairing”). PAZ Y TAPAS, S.L., with N.I.F. B-98.826.308 (Entrevins), will be solely responsible to the customer for the Dinner with Pairing service, with the Hortensia Herrero Foundation acting only as a distributor of this product and therefore exempting itself from any responsibility. Allergies and intolerances, as well as any questions or concerns related to the Dinner with Pairing, should be communicated to Entrevins in advance. Once the tickets have been purchased, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted. The customer’s failure to attend the NoVI concert or the dinner offered at Entrevins does not entitle them to a partial refund of the ticket price.
